Eligibility:
Our return policy lasts for 24 Hours, meaning you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unsealed or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns for defective products due to manufacturing defaults must be requested within 24 hours from the date of sale.

Conditions:
Galway Computers reserves the right to accept returns for a subsequent exchange. Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Full Refund Conditions:

Full refunds are provided if the product is defective upon delivery or if a replacement product is not available at the store.

No refunds are given on brand new items after the first 12 hours; the manufacturer warranty applies.
